Refund and returns policy

Digital product

The Field-Ready Shred is delivered as a digital download in Portable Document Format (PDF). Access to the file is provided immediately after successful payment.

All sales final

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales of The Field-Ready Shred PDF are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

EU and similar cooling-off rights

If you are located in the European Union or in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access to The Field-Ready Shred upon purchase and acknowledge that you lose any such right of withdrawal once download or streaming of the content begins, to the extent permitted under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Limited refund situations

We may, at our sole discretion or where required by law, issue a refund if the file is technically defective or corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement after you notify us within 14 days of purchase; you were mistakenly charged multiple times for the same order; or we are required to provide a refund under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after purchase, dissatisfaction with the training approach or results, failure to read the product description, or inability to use the PDF due to lack of required software or skills.
